Some residents noticed that there are developments next to Jalan Wawasan 3/9 near the Bomba. Anyone knows what is it all about?

五月二日上午，國會議員YB Gobind Sign針對宏願花園第三區的保安問題與居民進行對話，他建議臨時委員會對居民進行民意調查，以尋求一個解決方案。

民調報告(截至5月28 日）

經過兩星期沿家挨戶的訪問，宏願花園第三區的895戶家庭中，其中有658家（佔了78.15%）對調查有所回應，另外的184戶（21.85%）沒有回應，剩下的53家是空置或是裝修中。

我們仍然希望那些還未有回應的家庭，可以隨時與我們聯系，表達你們的意願，以行動來支持我們。

我們的調查也顯示了，從658戶家庭中，屋主佔了85.7%，租戶13.5%，而認為需要保安服務的有

87.79%，11.3%卻不需要這項服務。其中又有68.9%的家戶對目前保安服務感到不滿意，滿意的只佔了27.29%。


認為有必要成立宏願花園第三區居協的的家庭，佔了91.9%，有85.1%認為應通過居協去處理保安問題。針對RM35-RM45收費合理與否，有80.9%的家戶認為收費合理。在這項調查，我們也發現了現有的居協會員只佔了24.9%。

針對調查報告成績顯示，臨時委員會需要約三至五個月的時間，去處理目前的保安題。這包括了圍籬計劃，保安公司的服務範圍等等，當然這些都必須以收費來計算。

上述的規劃，需要每一位居民的支持，我們希望那些未有回應的家戶，盡快與我們聯絡，以表達你們的意願，支持我們！
